And the story begins

I'm Gertrude, a corporate lackey. I fill my days drinking coffee, eating pastries and not having proper meals (well, at least when I'm at work). My secret ambition is to publish a book. When I was in college, I dreamed of becoming the next big thing in the literary world. That didn't happen. When I was starting in this company, I wanted to study interior design or something creative. That didn't happen either. I do not know why. I sometimes think I was too scared to just up and leave.
